Sleep postures monitoring - Pixel Ninja - 07-09-2023 Hello, I would like to compare my results related to my sleep positions. I know I'm moving a lot in one night haha. Is there a device I could use to monitor my sleep postures? Even better if I can import the data in OSCAR. I heard of somnopose, but I don't have an iPhone. Not sure I want to strap my phone on me while sleeping anyway. Is there anything else? Thanks. RE: Sleep postures monitoring - Sleeprider - 07-09-2023 This is a cheap option with night video recording on a micro-SD card or app. If you want to pay more, there are better baby or sleep monitoring cameras out there. I don't think wearable devices are as useful as a IR night video recording. Just record the night, and you can skip to the time(s) of interest and see if there are any positions or patterns related to sleep disruption. It sure isn't much money to risk. https://www.amazon.com/Galayou-Security-Cameras-Storage-G7/dp/B0BD5VXKGW/ |
