Oscar Help - pturner5 - 07-10-2023

Hello all!  I'm a long time CPAP user, but only just recently found this message board and the Oscar software and am starting to dig into tweaking my machine.  I have never felt well rested, and have struggled with daytime sleepiness for a long time now.  I always thought that since my AHI was under 5, that my issues wouldn't have anything to do with my sleep, and always chalked them up to being psychological.  I would love for one of the experts to take a look at my Oscar chart and see if there is anything you guys feel I need to tweak.  Thanks in advance, I'm really enjoying reading your posts and it gives me hope!

Welcome to the forum/ The pressure fluctuations are probably disturbing your sleep. Increasing EPR to 3 will reduce your flow limitations resulting in a reduction in pressure variations. It also may help to i increase your minimum pressure to 9.
