Is it time to adjust up or down? - SleeplessNSeattle - 07-16-2023

Thanks for everyone's help they have provided previously; I was dialed in at 9.4 Pressure setting but after a few rough nights I started playing with it so I set my settings to go from 9 to 11 and am putting the readouts for the last 3 nights.  one thing to note I set everything up 2 nights ago so the 3rd night is the readout from the last night with the hard set 9.4

Machine - Resmed 10
Mask Resmed N20

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I had to go back and find your previous thread to compare, but I don't see much difference. You've tried various settings and the FL is about the same. I still think it's tied to your leaks.

On the recent charts, the spikes on the leak graph indicate movement more than mouth breathing, but there may be both.

IDK, I would still work on the leaks. I think you should just hold steady where you are, but if you want to try a higher pressure, go slow and try 9.8 min - 9.8 max.
Your AHI is good. The FL has been stubborn.

The higher pressure may bring the FL down, but also cause more leaks. It doesn't hurt to try, you can always change it back. Go by what feels best.
