Looking for a basic document (or page) that describes each of the variables measured by OSCAR, but NOT looking for lengthy or elaborate details - just to get a fundamental understanding of my daily stats.

There are three ways to find an explanation. All of them will get you to the same place.
1. The direct URL, https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php?title=Definitions
2. Use the Wiki link at the top of every page and then select "Glossary of Terms" on the left side.
3. While in OSCAR, Help > Sleep Disorder Terms Glossary
I do not recommend using a Google search term like, "What is Resmed Tidal Volume".
