Looking for feedback on data - arkona12 - 07-29-2023 Hello, I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my data. I have been using my BiPap for about a week now, and am curious about a couple of things. I have a Resmed Air Curve 10, Airfit N20 mask, use a very basic chin strap the office gave me, and the 3m tape recommended by THeLeftyLanky27. There was decent decrease in the leak after starting the tape. I tend to switch sides during the night, and for the first 4-5 days I tried to sleep on my back, but eventually ended up on my side. I thought the leaks would be less if I stayed on my back, but the past couple nights I haven't even tried. I do have an adjustable bed frame, so I can elevate my legs or back which I did the first few nights to sleep on my back. I am 40M, recently diagnosed with AFIB, and had a sleep study done as a result and had severe sleep apnea (33). MyAir scores have all been 96 or higher, I can post the screen shots if that helps, but I am linking to my OSCAR Data, and my SleepHQ page. I can't seem to attach photos yet. Hope this is ok. The thing that I am also wondering about is my Apple Watches oxygen levels. I never paid attention to that, so now I am, I am thinking they are kind of low. I know the watches are not the most accurate, so I am not freaking out, but I am wondering if anyone would think it is cause for alarm.
