Hello - I did a quick search and the only thing I saw that discusses correcting the time had to do with aligning it with a Wellue O2 ring.
I'm just kind of annoyed that I can't find a way to correctly set the time on my Airsense 11 - also - the last couple of days it's not syncing due to poor cell signal and nothing has changed with where I keep the CPAP machine or any other environmental factors.
For something that is supposed to be "state of the art" I've not been impressed with the "automatic settings" it gets from cellular networks nor the delays and missing data with it talking to the MyAir app.
I'm thankful I can sync with OSCAR and get much better data immediately - but I'm peeved that the times are completely off.
I can't possibly be the only person who is struggling with this. I did a quick Google search and saw where you can set your time zone in their online MyAir app under your user settings but that didn't seem to do anything to rectify the situation.
Does anyone have experience or ideas on how to get it to register correctly?

The AS11 requires that you set a time zone on the machine, instead of setting a time and date as on previous models. You have to erase all the data in order to do this. This will only be accurate until DST changes back. You then will have to do it again.

It sounds ridiculous, but they didn't put in any clock sync (NTP) into these devices. So you have to compensate with OSCAR. You can do this by quickly doing a stop/start event on the machine, making a note of the actual time, going to your PC and seeing what timestamp is on the files, then adjusting against the actual time in OSCAR.

From my understanding the TZ issue is actually with Oscar, not the AirSense 11.
From the Oscar online help pages:

My timezone is GMT +1 and I indeed see in Oscar that my session times are one hour behind but my local actual time(s) are one hour ahead.
If I look at (inside) the AS11 data files (for example last night) I see a timestamp

01.08.2322.36.221024which matches what I see in Oscar "Start: 22:36:22" — but I started at (local time) of 23:36:22.
My timezone is set in the AS11 and, no doubt, is recorded in the AS11 data files on the SD card but as yet Oscar is not properly interpreting the correct timezone.

Is the timezone in the AS11 set to the standard timezone or the DST one (StdTz+1)? If your standard timezone is GMT+1, then if you observe DST, the setting would be GMT+2. It appears to be set to standard from your description.

Anyway, I'm talking about the actual time being off by like, 2 hours and 37 minutes or something. Like a time drift. Not a DST offset.

The 2 hours can be corrected by changing the timezone in the AS11 - the usual cautions apply.
The 37 minutes cannot be fixed in the AS11, but you can use the 'drift' in OSCAR - which is really a fixed correction. You may have to try both plus and minus 37 minutes to get it right.

What can I do, if I don't want to erase the data, as I don't know if my doctor will need it?
Currently I just decided to use time offset and added 1 hour, and will set it back to 0 once DST ends. Of course this is not ideal, but I would prefer to not erase the data.
Are the plans on accommodate this limitation?
I don't know how the data is stored, but since timezone set on the machine matters I'm guessing that's what it is being used.
Ideally I would imagine Oscar have an option to specify the time zone set on the CPAP machine and then convert and store everything in UTC and only convert back when displaying date/times to the user. That would also make things work better if one is traveling with the CPAP.
