Oscar Not Loading My Profile [solved, see post #10] - mawaw1992 - 08-08-2023
I recently upgraded to Oscar 1.4 to be able to read the data on my Dreamstation 2 machine. Everything was working fine till yesterday when I went to open the profile on my Resmed machine. When I clicked Open Profile on the Resmed it showed it was loading the profile and then Oscar just closes completely. I tried again this morning and the same thing happens. It has no problem loading the profile on my Dreamstation 2 and my wife's Resmed. What could be the problem?

What computer system and version are you using, Windows, Mac, Linux?

For what it's worth OSCAR seems a little laggy loading my profile too for about the last week. It still loads but it seems a little slower than it used to be.

I am using Windows 10 on a pc. I never had this happen on the previous version of Oscar.

Watching this for an answer because I am having the same problem. Won't load either my husband's or my SD card. Using windows 11 an a desktop computer.

Are you able to access the SD card outside of OSCAR, using your File Explorer?

I was waiting for the OP to answer since I tagged on to his post but see this hasn't happened. I don't have a clue how to access the SD card outside of OSCAR using File Explorer. I deleted then reloaded OSCAR and the same problem happens--when opening it says loading my information then goes off immediately. It does this even when my SD card is not loaded. I previously didn't download a new OSCAR version. Using Windows 11 on a Resmed Airsense 10.. I did goof and loaded my husband's SD card in my profile but then didn't open anything. That is when the fun began. Help! I need to get this going again.

What I ended up doing was just creating a new profile for the same machine. That one seems to be working fine now.
