CPAP Data discrepency - LuthierMike - 08-18-2023 I've been a Resmed S9 user for almost 12 years. Earlier this year, I replaced it with a Resmed 11. (By the way, it's pretty cool to have a machine that actual recognizes an SD card.) After a few months, the Dr. wanted a followup call to make sure it was going ok. They took down my serial number and got a report from Resmed. It said I'm averaging 9 hours a night. But I go to bed around 11 and get up around 5 or 6, so there's no way that can be right. OSCAR data much more closely matches what I imagine my data should look like. Doctor seemed completely unconcerned that they're getting bad data. Is there an explanation? Does usage mean something else than I would think? The machine works. I'm sleeping great. I don't need approval from anyone else. So, it's not a serious problem for me, but it bugs me. Thanks, Mike |
