leaking water tank ( Airsense 10) - migos - 09-15-2023

Hello

I have been using an Airsense 10 since last January .

After 8 months the water tank leaked and has been replaced.

The next two replacements lasted respectively one and two weeks before leaking .

The fourth one  has been used only once ; it is not leaking yet but is already showing small cracks.

This is a ridiculous situation.

What is the manufacturer doing or saying ?

MG

migos,
I believe we've all heard of humidifier chambers leaking, it does happen, but not to the extent you're describing.

How exactly are you taking care of the water tanks? Cleaning, etc?
Also, be sure to never overfill. I've not heard of anyone having to replace their water tank that often. Dont-know What does your DME say, if you're using one?
Maybe time to report your problem to ResMed.
