Snoring ,treating hyponeas and flow limits - Bluesv6 - 09-30-2023

Hello

My ahi is low under 2.3 and has beeen under one. However having flow limits around .12 and snoring.  As well as hyponeas sometimes.

I also experience some Central's

So generally would you raise  min to treat the flow limits and stop the snoring or raise EPR from 2 to three.

I'm planning on posting a chart but are currently  out of town for work and more less asking for general input and post a chart in my own thread once back in town

Any  input be appreciated.

I would raise the EPR 3

As Stacey said, EPR will help with the flow limits. The rest will likely need a bump in pressure. If you are increasing EPR from 2 to 3, consider increasing your pressure by 1. From there an OSCAR chart is needed to do any further analysis.

The official protocol for dealing with snore and FL is to increase pressure support, which in this case is EPR. Snores and FLs can be treated by increasing general pressure, but that's the suboptimal way. If you increase EPR, I would also increase pressure alongside it, as PeaceLoveAndPizza mentions.
