Pressure build up - JoeS01 - 10-07-2023
Hello, can anyone please offer some suggestions as to why the unusual pressure build up at 1.53am on the attached chart below? I had just switched to a Resmed F20 medium memory foam mask that night to minimise leaks.

Easy, the flow limits did it.
You have EPR on Ramp Only, change it to Fulltime.
Also see the cluster of Obstructive events. They imply a positional apnea, most likely from you tucking your chin in toward your chest. Try 1 vs 2 pillows or a flatter pillow
