What is this pattern? - danylam - 10-23-2023 95% of my ahi comes with this pattern. I sudden spike with a pause (no respiration). Then normal breathing. It seams I don't wake up. My sleep study showed only OA. I have been on cpap for 3 months. I am using EPR (3cm) Low / High pressure are the same pattern. It happens 3-4 times/ hours. But in Rem sleep it doesn't. RE: What is this pattern? - danylam - 10-23-2023 Any ideia? RE: What is this pattern? - Crimson Nape - 10-23-2023 The CAs are probably caused by CO2 washout. This can be caused because your body is not accustomed to a lower CO2 saturation. Some will adapt to it over time, others will not. - Red RE: What is this pattern? - danylam - 10-23-2023 (10-23-2023, 06:03 PM)Crimson Nape Wrote: The CAs are probably caused by CO2 washout.
