Low AHI still having extreme fatigue - exchanged - 10-26-2023
Hello,
Looking for some help with my OSCAR data. My AHI overall is very low but still waking up constantly with headaches and feeling like I got no sleep.
I am using: ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto BiLevel
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It looks like your base pressure of 4 is too low and the machine is responding to some events after 5AM so increasing this gradually would likely help reduce these flow limitations which are likely giving you sleep fragmentation.

Agreed. Most adults do not feel well with a starting pressure of less than about 7. I suggest moving it to 7 and see how you feel.
