Resmed Airsense 11 blowing full power with no leaks - bcodemz - 10-29-2023

I'm wondering if anyone's seen the Airsense 11 blowing full power when there is no leak? It is extremely uncomfortable to start the machine and it blows full power into my nose with no leakage. I would test the machine by taking the mask off and blocking the nasal openings with my fingers and it would repeatedly do this. I've only been able to get it to work normally again by cutting power and plugging it back in. Anyone seen this before?

@bcodemz

My Airsense 11 did that a couple times when it was new, had to power it down to get it to stop. Turned out to be the seal that snaps into the back of the machine that the climate line connects to. If it gets pulled even slightly to the side the air leaks internally, you cant feel or hear it with all the air coming out of the mask. There is a white bar on the top of the climate line where it plugs in, that has to be perfectly parallel with the white hump that the line plugs into. Look between the two triangle/arrows one on the line, the other on the housing that gap should be even across. I roll around in be a lot so I ended up having to set the machine on an angle so the air line didn't pull it askew.

Hope this helps?

Thank you very much. I will check that.
