OSCAR imported data, but no views are available? - FidgetSpinner - 11-06-2023

I put an SD card in my ResMed Airsense 10 last night.  The machine accepted the card and set it up.  I believe last night's data is on the card.  I opened OSCAR and imported data and it found the card and looks like it did an import.  However, none of my views are available. Daily View, Overview, and Statistics are all still grayed out.  I've tried reading the first time use guide but it doesn't say anything about this or what I should try next.  Help?

Hi FidgetSpinner! - Welcome

Have made sure your time and date are properly set on your AS10?

Yes it's correct and I verified that the data directories are dated correctly. I also confirmed that my OSCAR preferences don't have any date limitations enabled.

Also FWIW I did a CSV export from OSCAR for "Everything", and indeed the CSV file is empty. So, even though it finds the card and appears to do an import... no such luck.

I tried again a couple days later and it's all working fine now.
