CT showing deviated septum - TryingToGetItRight - 11-11-2023

I recently obtained a CT scan of my head that looks to be clearly showing a deviated septum; I expect to have the chance to get that properly corrected in 2024.

I wanted to ask y'all if there is anything else of interest in this picture.  Seeing that big airway, it looks like that should rule out the possibility that I have a small airway that would be corrected with MMA.  Does that sound right?

I know that we're just people on the internet.  I will be seeing a new physician in January.  The gentleman who ordered this CT scan said to me that he is not equipped to perform septoplasty.

Admitted I'm not well versed in the issue, I have a deviated septum as well. And I'm not at all inclined to adjust it in any way.

I've heard a number of users here get surgical edits to help their breathing issues, and more or less it was lots of pain and discomfort for a small amount of benefit.
