Hello!
I am looking for a specific Boil-and-bite (mold at home) mandibular advancement device.
It consitst of two seperate parts for upper and lower jaw and has a strip connecting the parts.
Please look at the attached picture.
I could not find it on amazon etc.
Does anyone know, where they sell this specific kind?
