Oscar Time Display Discrepancy - BeardedPAP - 11-14-2023 I started my CPAP journey a few months ago and have learned so much from this website. Thanks everyone. Has anyone noticed the time shift in OSCAR that occurred over the first weekend in November? I believe it has something to do with the time change. The data had previously displayed correctly (both the side bar and graphs showed accurate times) but now it does not. I noticed this first with OSCAR 1.4.0 then installed the new OSCAR 1.5.1 version and had the same issue. I am posting screenshots for reference. My alarm goes off at 5:30 AM so that is my benchmark. After a couple snooze bar presses I turn off the machine and get the day started. I looked at the data for multiple days on either side of the weekend in question and the issues are consistent. The issue is as follows: Data from 11/02/2023; the time is later by one hour in the side bar that shows the Details (see red box). The time shows correctly at the bottom of the graphs (see green boxes). [attachment=56140] Data from 11/06/2023; the time is later by one hour in the side bar that shows the Details and at the bottom of the graphs (see brown boxes). Now the time is consistent in both areas like it used to be but is one hour later than the actual time. [attachment=56141] Is this issue caused by the CPAP machine or could it be a bug in the OSCAR software? I am using a ResMed AirSense 11 Autoset with the Time Zone Offset set to -05:00 which has not been changed since I received the machine from the DMS. Am I missing something simple that could fix this easily? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks to this board I know these cannot have the time changed in the machine and I could not find another post regarding the same issue. I can deal with the current one hour shift (sort of) but the data nerd in me goes crazy when reviewing the data prior to that first November weekend. RE: Oscar Time Display Discrepancy - kappa - 11-15-2023 It's an OSCAR problem. OSCAR assumes that ResMed machines have the same timezone offset as the timezone offset of the computer system at the time when OSCAR was last started. RE: Oscar Time Display Discrepancy - CWest - 11-25-2023 I used OSCAR for the first time last night and was very confused about the time discrepancies. |
