AirFit Resmed F30 problem - fidero - 11-26-2023

Hy folks!
This is my first post here, so please be gentle Smile
I have just got my new AirFit Resmed F30 mask, I have been using the old one for more than 2 years.
The problem I have with this new one is I can not manage to separate the cushion from the frame (the base). No matter how hard I try (I was afraid I will even broke it) it will not get separated. Am I missing something, like in new models they are integrated together or what?
Appreciate any input.
Cheers!

Geht vielleicht beim ersten mal sehr schwer.

Are you trying to separate the silicone from the insert?, which doesn't work, or from the mask frame, which should be easy.
Unfortunately, if the mask cushion gets stuck in the frame, you will probably have to apply a little more force.
It might be very difficult the first time.

I have the same problem when I clean it sometimes. I do a light twist to take it off, then getting it back on can take a few tries, but eventually it 'clicks' into place.

If there are any tips to this, I would be interested to hear.

Pull it from the bottom of the mask frame. It should come off. Make certain that it snap it back on completely.
At first the mask is harder to get off, but as it breaks in it will work  Smile just fine.
