OSCAR Lost My Profile - DNowakowski - 12-07-2023

I have been using CPAP for at least 15 years. Currently using a Resmed Airsense 11.

I have been using OSCAR for several years and I like it.  But today I plugged in my SD card after a few weeks of not having done it, and OSCAR seems to have lost my profile.  It made me create a new one.  It then imported my SD card data, but I cannot access all my previous data.  I looked in the OSCAR data directory and I see the old profile, and the data is there, but I can't figure out how to get OSCAR to see that profile.  Can anyone help me reconnect my old profile?

I thought the AirSense 11 was saving my data to the SD card, but it seems to only go back a few months.  Does the CPAP occasionally purge data?

Thanks.

This is based on the A10 series. The A10 will store 365 days of summary data and 30 days of detailed data. Without seeing your OSCAR_Data directory, I won't be able to be much help. It does make a difference as to the OS you are using. Some recent updates have changed file permissions on various OSes.

"30 days of detailed data"

You mean, on the card, right? Once it's downloaded to OSCAR on my computer, it's all good, right?

Correct. I was referring to the SD card and not OSCAR.
