Question about Bilevel setting - yankees123 - 12-10-2023 I have a vauto unit and was thinking about trying the “S” mode. Is it true in s mode it doesn’t display a graph of flow limitation? If that is so is there a way to display it? RE: Question about Bilevel setting - Crimson Nape - 12-10-2023 You are correct. The workaround is to use the auto mode, setting the max setting to equal the sum of minimum pressure and the PS value. - Red RE: Question about Bilevel setting - PeaceLoveAndPizza - 12-10-2023 As Crimson Nape said, that is the best of both worlds. Here are my settings: Mode Vauto Min EPAP 8 Max IPAP 12 PS 4 RE: Question about Bilevel setting - yankees123 - 12-10-2023 So to understand, on S mode there is no data at all for flow limitations? RE: Question about Bilevel setting - Sleeprider - 12-10-2023 Correct RE: Question about Bilevel setting - PeaceLoveAndPizza - 12-10-2023 Gideon posted this a while back. https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Nothing-showing-up-in-flow-limitation-chart-on-BiPAP-S-mode-on-AirCurve-10-VAuto?pid=419108#pid419108 RE: Question about Bilevel setting - yankees123 - 12-10-2023 Thanks everyone, I guess looking at Peacelove her settings are actually mimicking s mode but using the vauto mode correct? RE: Question about Bilevel setting - PeaceLoveAndPizza - 12-10-2023 That is correct. It is effectively running like it is set to S mode. RE: Question about Bilevel setting - yankees123 - 12-10-2023 Thanks for the explanation. |
