Looking for Mouth Breathing resolution - Comfortcomposites - 12-11-2023

Mouth Breathing resolution sought without the use of a CPAP machine. Any suggestions?

Have you talked to an ENT, ideally one who also specializes in sleep medicine? I have my appointment with such a doctor tomorrow, after asking myself a very similar question.

Would not the same techniques apply? Soft cervical collar, mouth tape, chin strap?

When I have travelled and forgotten my plug adapter gadget, I end up using an SCC and a Breathe-Right strip. According to my Apple Watch things are quite close to when I use my CPAP machine. Biggest differences are my SpO2 and time in deeper sleep stages are higher with the CPAP, and the noise detected is higher without the machine as my snoring returns. Not an optimal nights sleep, but still better than I recall pre-CPAP.
