OSCAR data analysis - kelp - 12-23-2023

Hi all,
I started CPAP therapy last week. I've found that the P30i is the best mask for me. There have been some days where I use the CPAP, but I still feel tired. I am using the default settings that came with my AirSense 11. Based on the OSCAR screenshot, do you see whether there are any improvements that can be made with the CPAP settings?

kelp,
Welcome to Apnea Board!

Your chart looks decent, but you haven't said how you are sleeping or how you feel during the day. Here's the thing... default setting of 4-20 rarely work.

Although, not knowing if this chart represents most of your nights, I would concentrate on Obstructives. Note how the pressure rises with each Obstruction, even on the "soft" setting. Have you tried the "standard" setting? It may work better in your situation.
Everything else looks pretty good.

Try these adjustments:

Minimum Pressure: 7cm
Maximum Pressure: 15cm
EPR set at 2 (full time)
Change the Response from Soft to Standard.

Note: A minimum pressure of 7 minus EPR 2 = 5 Epap. The Epap is what sprints open the airway as that is when most Obstructives occur.
