Why are most of my sleep sessions exactly 1 hr? - AussieBobJ - 01-03-2024 After 15 years of being a CPAP user, I've decided to deepen my understanding of "What's going on" I've done some reading on this and other forums, some searching and I've been unable to answer a strange question - Why are most of my sleep sessions exactly 1 hr? Well, not exactly 1hr, sometimes 1hr and a few seconds, other times only 59 minutes and a few seconds ... but on some nights my sleep sessions are only interrupted by late night trips to the bathroom.
