New CPAP user Question - mcast10 - 01-07-2024 Hi New User, 2 nights so far it appears sudden changes in pressure are waking me up at night. I have attached oscar results. Wondering if i should change the pressure settings to fixed or tighten up the pressure range. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks RE: New CPAP user Question - staceyburke - 01-07-2024 On the resmed machine the pressure increases when you have flow limits. FL are apnea like O and H events but not as long in duration. We help lower the number using EPR. So I would suggest the following changes. Min 7 Max 10 EPR full time set to 3 I think these settings will help you sleep much better. RE: New CPAP user Question - mcast10 - 01-07-2024 I will try that. Thank you |
