WiFi SD Card for AirSense and OSCAR - Stillglade - 01-08-2024 I was wondering if anyone has experience using a WiFi SD Card in their AirSense so that you can transfer the detailed data to a computer for use with OSCAR. Theoretically, it seems like it should work. For example, you can find a used Toshiba FlashAir on ebay and put it in client mode connected to your home WiFi network. Then using some open source software (search for FlashAirSync on GitHub) you can access the IP address and even mount the network share location as a local drive that OSCAR would be pointed to. Now no more need to daily move the files over. RE: WiFi SD Card for AirSense and OSCAR - Crimson Nape - 01-08-2024 Hi Stillglade! - I did a search using "flashair" and found these threads. Since the FlashAir is no longer produced, any working card is cost prohibitive. Many have successfully used one of the EZ-Share's Wi-Fi cards with a script a forum member provided. I have listed some of the thread links below. https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-EzShare-SDcard-wifi-Script-to-autodownload?highlight=flashair https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Created-a-program-to-support-Wifi-SD-card-for-Resmed-and-all-other-devices https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-FlashPAP-software-wireless-sleep-data-transfer https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-FlashPAP-OSCAR-Initial-Setup-Setup-Instructions?highlight=flashair Also, if you scroll down to the bottom of a thread, you will see a listing labeled "Possibly Related Threads...". These may provide additional links. - Red RE: WiFi SD Card for AirSense and OSCAR - snorult - 09-02-2024 I have one of these cards (toshiba) and tbh never used the wifi part other than the first time 2-3 yrs ago when I first got it. Its still SO SO much easier to pop it into my computer and copy the files over vs deal with an outdated and insecure wifi chipset, associate to it then try copy files over via a horrific interface. In fact im replacing it with a new one bc of its age today RE: WiFi SD Card for AirSense and OSCAR - dwd1249 - 09-03-2024 Was I tried one it was more miss then hit. Cards seem better used in cameras, where you can move the camera closer to the modem. |
