Help interpret OSCAR for best pressure settings - 444zane3 - 01-10-2024

New user here. What pressure settings should I use?

A problem is the machine has been waking me up throughout the night, I think it's when the pressure gets too high. I remember waking up above 14.

Humidity is at 2 and temperature is 68F

Thanks for your help!

Here are some setting changes that would help you feel better.
1. Raise your minimum pressure to 7.
2. Eliminate ramp altogether.
3. Set EPR full-time at 3.
Leave everything as it is for now. Post a new report soon.

:Your pressure is going up because you had Flow Limits.  FL are apnea but they are smaller and less severe that O and H events and don't count on the AHI.  But the raise pressure and make it hard to get into deep sleep and can wake you up.  As someone else suggested
Turn on EPR to full time set to 3
Set your min at least 7

Watch your LEAKS.

These will be causing you discomfort and waking you up.

Over 7% of your night has been large leaks.

Probably caused by your mask.
