3 Weeks in the World of APAP - MaskedOne - 01-15-2024 Hey all, just saying hi as a newbie to this forum. I like what I have already seen. Also a newbie to PAP therapy. My nurse practitioner talked me into an at-home sleep test and before I knew it I was staring at a line up of stryofoam heads to choose a headgear. I wasn't ready for such a life change. I walked out and went home. Thought about it a while, thought about the long term, thought about the wife, thought about some guys I know who are on a machine every night. I went back and got my APAP machine and funny mask. Three weeks in and I'm glad I did. Also a newbie to OSCAR. What a great piece of software! Nothing against the green smiley faces on my machine every morning but I knew there had to be a way to see the actual data. Presto...I found OSCAR. Uploaded my data (just a week of it) and been having fun learning all about flow rates, CAs, large leaks, pressure and snores.
