Can anybody interpret these for me? Usually I can only keep it on for about an hour. My range is 4-16. It seems like earlier in the night I get OA's and CA's later.  Is this correct? Should I change my settings?

You are using EPR 3 so you would need a minimum pressure of 7.0 to allow your machine to respond to obstructive events with higher pressure. The minimum pressure your CPAP will deliver is 4.0 cm and when minimum pressure minus EPR is less than 4.0, the machine cannot respond to obstructive events. Raise the minimum pressure and we can review if the clusters of obstructive apnea remain. The CA events are harder to interpret without looking closer (zoomed view), but it may be the same problem. It is possible the OA events are positional and result from a poor alignment of the head/neck obstructing your airway. We may need to trial the minimum pressure of 6.0 with EPR 2 first, then decide which direction to go for the rest of it. If the higher pressure bothers you, then change the minimum pressure to 5.0 and reduce EPR to 1. You seem to get good results at low pressures and your sleep only becomes disrupted by positional apnea. Read the wiki. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php?title=Optimizing_therapy#Positional_Apnea Your maximum pressure here was only 6.0/4.0, and you clearly don't have any need for 16.0 maximum pressure. We can deal with that later.

Hey, I did the last 3 nights with with 6-14 range and 2 EPR. I didn't have problems with the pressure. Does it look like these may be from positional apnea?

Looks like an improvement with the higher minimum pressure of 6.0. Let's reduce maximum pressure to 9.0 and keep EPR 2 for now. I don't see positional apnea, but your sleep is quite fractured, occurring in about 4 separate sessions each day. Are you a shift worker or sleep during the day?

I am not a shift worker. But since I just started CPAP, it’s been pretty hard to stay asleep with it on. I sometimes compensate with a nap midday. When I’m not using a mask, I can sleep forever. However, it’s definitely getting easier pretty quickly and I notice myself getting used to treatment.

If not positional, what could be causing the apneas? Curious as to why I’m not always below 5. Thanks for helping me, btw.
