Sputtering - Dreamless - 01-28-2024

I have been using an ASV pap machine for the past 12 years due to primary central apnea and I wear a Quattro full face mask.  Lately I have been waking from deep sleep from the noise of my lips sputtering and I can't figure out why this is happening.  Would anyone on the forum have any thoughts on this?

Thank you all for your time.

It sounds like you are probably mouth breathing.  Can you post an Oscar chart?  That will help us help you.

Deborah,

Here is a screenshot of a recent night on OSCAR.

Your leak rate is not high at all.  It could be that you are extremely sensitive to the few times air leaks from your mouth.  If that is the case taping your mouth should solve the problem.
