Some Oscar Charts from me - Dataporter - 01-28-2024

Hello
I've attached a good day for me and a not so good day...  I've been using this right at a year.  I use a ResMed Airtouch F20 with the foam cushion. I have a mustach and a beard trimmed short. I also use a chin strap. I guess the question is: What can I do to improve my numbers ?
Thanks in advance,
Dave

Your upper pressure needs to be raised.  I would move it up to 13.

Your leak rate on the chart shows as incredibly high, but on the left panel, it shows up as quite low.  This makes no sense to me.  Can you feel leaking?

Thanks for your response.
It seems to me to seal pretty well,  at least when I lie down to go to sleep. My eyes are dry sometimes when I wake up, but I think they were that way pre-cpap.
The little chart from the machine app almost always says close to or 100% mask fit.  Is that because I can't pick that mask is not on their official list?

Looking back at all the days this month, that high day was one of the only ones where the pressure was maxed out like that for any lenght of time.  If I raise the maximum pressure, I suppose it will only go up that high when it needs to.

Don't you think smaller adjustments would be preferrable?

I would raise it to 13. If you don't need the extra pressure your machine will not go there.
