Using DreamWisp Nasal Mask With ResMed AirSense 11 - Avign0n323 - 01-30-2024

I have been using the regular DreamWear nasal mask for several years, but have always had issues with lining up the nostril slot with my nostrils, so that both are getting airflow--seems that as I toss and turn sleeping, the alignment gets off so I get less air, or air only up one nostril.  Along the way my DreamStation was recalled and the DME replaced it with a ResMed AirSense 11, and I've gotten the manual from this Forum and think I have everything setup correctly.

I finally decided to switch masks, and got the DreamWisp nasal mask, and used the fitting kit to determine which sizes fit best.  The Medium nasal piece works best as the Large one leaks a lot no matter how I adjust the straps, but a problem I'm having is, while it's comfortable and doesn't seem to leak, I kinda have a feeling like I'm not getting enough air or air pressure--almost claustrophobic.  I have played with the various settings including pressure (my prescribed value is 9) and nothing I do gets rid of that feeling.  It's not particularly uncomfortable, and I have slept several nights with it.  The Large nasal piece doesn't give me that same feeling...but like I said, it leaks no matter what I do, so want to try and get this working.

Are there some suggested settings for the AirSense 11 and DreamWisp nasal mask that would alleviate this issue?

Thanks!!

If you would post an Oscar chart we would have a way better chance of helping you.

Thanks!  I just checked and the AirSense 11 didn't have an SD card in it, so I stole one from my replacement DreamStation machine (didn't get the replacement until AFTER they gave me the AirSense, so never used it) and formatted it and set the time correctly, so should get a report tonight and will send tomorrow.
