Not been sleeping well, just installed SD card and oscar, please help - SleepyGrumpy - 02-04-2024 Hey Everyone, I got a CPAP machine in April 2023 and have been using it ever since. I was on a long travel for 2 months and just returned home mid-January. I haven't been sleeping well since then and I just got an SD card and Oscar to diagnose if the CPAP is the issue. Last night was really bad as I slept a lot but woke up very tired. I've never used Oscar before but I really need help to interpret the data. I've added last night's daily results page and the overall overview pages. I'd appreciate any guidance. Thanks! RE: Not been sleeping well, just installed SD card and oscar, please help - OpalRose - 02-04-2024 I don't see anything on your graphs that stand out as a real issue, except you did have some leaking the second half of the night. I can't tell if you were mouth breathing. Have you changed the nasal pillow since you returned from traveling. Also, the filter should be replaced on your Cpap after traveling for a couple months. It could just be taking you longer to get back into a routine. RE: Not been sleeping well, just installed SD card and oscar, please help - WakeUpTime - 02-04-2024 Yes, some leaking during the second-shift might be influencing your feeling-results. That A10+P10 combo sure must be popular. Changing positions during a restless second part of the sleep perhaps? Hypothetically, one could try mouth tape for a night just to eliminate the possibility of mouth leaks to see how that goes. Alternatively, it's also good to have a spare mask (and filters) ready to swap-in just to rule out any issues related to components. |
