No CPAP anymore ! - ABACON - 02-07-2024
Hello, long time no see.
I saw the link to apneaboard. com in my favorites and i decide to pass to say Hi and tell you the good news.
Long story short.
I bought my first CPAP (Resmed 9) at 35 years, then my second one (Resmed 10) at 44 years old.
I was on CPAP until 49 years old (2021). So around 14 years. Now i'm 52.
At the time, i did'nt think i was fat. 6'3" , 240 lb. But i certainely was inside !
I start Keto diet at 48 and lost a lot of weight, now i'm at 200lb. (Carnivor diet is very good two.)
My message is : In USA and Canada, the process food is poison, sugar is poison, Fat is good for you.
Everything they sais in TV is a lie.
Now, i'm sexy as hell ! look like 38, i've got lot of energie, I'm not taking any drug becose KETO cure every little thing that i have.

I would bet a percentage of people who did a home sleep study and was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea would have passed with flying colors if they were just using a cervical collar.
