Mask Brand and Type on Oscar summary page - douglaskeene - 02-11-2024 Having changed my mask4 times since starting back in September 23, I have used OSCAR to evaluate my and the machine's success and failures it would have been useful to have the Statistics Page in OSCAR, and in particular, the "Changes to Device Settings" area show the particular mask type that was being used during that period. The changes in cpap machine are listed, but not the mask type. All that would be needed is the vendor name and type number (aka: Resmed F30i) I have just migrated from the Resmed F20i to the Resmed F30i, and while I know I have made this change, it does not show as a change in the summary stats, nor as a change,. Currently OSCAR starts a new calculation when the cpap system changes, but this same approach would also be useful when the mask changes. After all, the "system is really a combination of the mask and system, and both are important "system" changes. RE: Mask Brand and Type on Oscar summary page - Crimson Nape - 02-11-2024 Hi douglaskeene! - CPAPs do not record the mask brand or model. They only record the mask type, Full, Nasal, or Pillows. The changing of the mask type is not recorded in the machine settings file, either, This is the file that records changes to the pressure settings. - Red RE: Mask Brand and Type on Oscar summary page - douglaskeene - 02-11-2024 Thanks for the quick feedback. I understand the reasoning. I'll just continue to use the NOTES function in OSCAR for this purpose. |
