Need help interpeing Lofta test results. - LoftaUser - 03-07-2024 Did a lofta sleep test. I didn't sleeps as well as usual, partially because of the device and partially because I had my heated mattress pad up a little too high (woke up in the middle off the night too hot). I think this is a contributing factor to the low amount of REM sleep. As of now I don't think I need a CPAP (despite lofta wanting me to buy one from them). I am a very light sleeper and believe it could do more harm than good with the mild state of my apnea. I do plan on mouth taping and using some sleep encouraging supplements, but wanted to see what y'all think. I don't have a good doctor so am going at this blind. Results: "very mild sleep apnea" as they called it. Obstructive Sleep Apnea (G47.33) - Mild, based on REM-predominant pAHI=5.5 (average 3.4) and pRDI= 10.0, and O2 nadir of 92%.
