Looking for some pressure guidance - lavenderlate - 03-11-2024 Hi there, I'm relatively new to my CPAP (diagnosed with OSA in Oct, started treatment in Nov). I was diagnosed with an AHI of 22.5 and prescribed APAP with the default pressure range of 4.0-20 and EPR of 1. I was super fatigued all day before starting CPAP. When I first started, I felt amazing. But then I soon started waking up still feeling tired. I usually wake up with AHI of 0.1-1.1 and I dn't think I'm getting any big leaks or anything. I'm wondering if my pressure is not working just right for me. I hadn't adjusted it from the 4-20 range until a few days ago. I am using a ResMed AirSense 11 and a Philips Respironics DreamWear nasal cushion mask. I tape my mouth shut when I sleep as well (been doing this for a couple years). I've recently been playing the pressure and noticed going up has slightly helped (went from 4 to 6, then 7), but I'm not making an educated guess so I thought I'd seek out some help here in reading my graphs. I'm not sure if I've made a mistake or anything. Attaching 3 days of my sleeps below. Any help would be appreciated - thank you! RE: Looking for some pressure guidance - staceyburke - 03-11-2024 Really looks pretty good. I would make 2 changes and see how you feels the next day, Min 8 Epr 3 |
