How to remedy issues during lighter sleep period, 3 AM-7 AM - rosebladepat - 03-15-2024 One main issue I have is not being able to sleep through Central Apnea events later in the night, especially from 3 AM until 7 AM, when I wake up. Prior to this range of time, I'm usually able to mostly stay asleep, regardless of the quality of sleep that I'm getting. Does anyone have recommendations for how I can "sleep through" the 3 AM-7 AM period with less turbulence? (By the way, I'm currently taking two 5-HTP capsules at the start of the night and 1 5-HTP capsule for the 3 AM-7 AM period.) |
