Resmed AS10 Water Chamber Noise SOLUTION - fixed it - 03-18-2024

[attachment=61408][attachment=61405][attachment=61405][attachment=61405][attachment=61405][attachment=61406][attachment=61406]My Resmed Airsense 10 started making a hissing upon inhale. At 19000+ hours I suspected blower motor and replaced it. Noise still there! While the unit was apart I was able to observe the (not available) input seal to the water chamber. It puckers when the chamber is inserted. To improve this seal I cut a 1/2 inch piece from the rubber end of an old CPAP hose and tightly inserted it in the water chamber inlet. Left about 1/8 inch protruding. This little piece of hose fits perfectly into the unavaialble distorted siilicone seal when the water chamber is pushed in. Noise gone, dead quiet, works great.
