Filter types vs. original for AirSense 10 - fotjon - 03-20-2024 I got some supplies from my Cpap provider. I see that the new filters are a bit different than the original one as seen in the picture attached. Are these some cheaper quality filters or it doesn't matter much? Regards RE: Filter types vs. original for AirSense 10 - stevew168 - 03-20-2024 The lower filters appear to be hypoallergenic. The upper ones are standard filters. Hypoallergenic filters are more dense and will protect your cpap from dust and help filter out pollen and spores. RE: Filter types vs. original for AirSense 10 - fotjon - 03-21-2024 I see, thanks. I changed the Hypoallergenic one once in 3 months, is it the same timeline for the standard ones, once every 3 months? RE: Filter types vs. original for AirSense 10 - stevew168 - 03-21-2024 I usually change my hypoallergenic filter every 4 to 6 weeks. By then it's usually slightly less white than the new filter. But it depends a lot on the air and dust in your location It's about time to clean my furnace filters. |
