Oscar question - flow rate graph not showing - kkjacks - 03-22-2024 Today, for the first time, the flow rate graph disappeared from my Daily View in Oscar. I'm using the standard view and I've made no changes to the settings. The pop up menu in the bottom right corner only shows 12 graphs available as opposed to the 14 available yesterday. I'm attaching a screen shot of yesterday vs. today. Any ideas? [attachment=61611][attachment=61612] RE: Oscar question - flow rate graph not showing - Crimson Nape - 03-22-2024 Have you tried purging that day and reimporting it? - Red RE: Oscar question - flow rate graph not showing - kkjacks - 03-22-2024 Just tried it. Didn’t work. Other ideas? RE: Oscar question - flow rate graph not showing - kkjacks - 03-22-2024 Another curious thing, I quit Oscar and restarted and it showed 13 graphs but still no flow rate graph. I looked at the previous day and when I went back to today it was only showing 12 graphs again. RE: Oscar question - flow rate graph not showing - Crimson Nape - 03-22-2024 That could possibly be a sign that the SD card is starting to go. Since they are relativity inexpensive, I would try replacing it and see if that corrects your data problem. - Red RE: Oscar question - flow rate graph not showing - kkjacks - 03-22-2024 OK I'll try that but the SD card is new. Just seems odd that by closing and restarting Oscar I get one more graph - goes from 12 to 13? That shouldn't have anything to do with the SD card should it? I need to install the Oscar update so maybe that will take care of it. Thanks for your help! [attachment=61618] RE: Oscar question - flow rate graph not showing - Crimson Nape - 03-22-2024 New SD cards can be defective. They only test sample out of the lot during manufacturing. The only other thing that comes to mind, is if you don't have the OSCAR_Data directory local to the computer. - Red RE: Oscar question - flow rate graph not showing - kkjacks - 03-23-2024 I tried to buy a new SD card but the store I went to didn't have them. I used the same card last night in addition to restarting my machine and the problem resolved - I had a flow rate graph on this morning's import. I did notice that there were only 6 files imported yesterday. All the other days have 8. The files _sad.edf and _brp.edf were missing. I'm guessing that's why I only had 12 graphs available yesterday instead of the usual 14. I guess we'll never know if it was a glitch in the machine, the SD card or Oscar - one of the unresolved mysteries of the universe. Thanks for your help Crimson Nape! P.S. I'm ordering a couple backup SD cards on-line. I also noticed that the "11 available graphs" matches the 11 available graphs shown for dates BEFORE I first installed an SD Card into my machine, and the "15 available graphs" matches the 15 available graphs shown for dates AFTER I first installed an SD Card into my machine. Perhaps OSCAR is being confused into sometimes only showing the graphs that were available from a previous session using older data??? Again, for me, using "Data/Rebuild CPAP Data" restored the full 15 available graphs (for the data since I first installed an SD Card into the machine). I'm using a DreamStation BiPAP S/T with a SanDisk ImageMate 32GB SD Card, and a Windows 10 laptop computer. |
