Rescan app [doesn't see data import] - kerm007 - 03-23-2024
hello
i connect the usb with the SD card on my pc when i start the app it doesn't see the data import
where i change the drive letter where the app need to point to ?

What happens after you open your patient profile and select download?
If ResScan is not seeing the SD card on the USB port automatically, verify you can access the card using the FileExplorer. On the right panel, you should see your USB drive, and when selected, you should see your files in the right panel.
Please advise or send a screenshot of your issue for clarification.
