ResMed Airsense 11 Autoset help - Pawpri - 03-23-2024

Hello my AHI is not stable. Going from 7 to 40 events over the last week.

I posted on R and they told me to download oscar.

I downloaded oscar and uploaded the data, but I'm getting "there is no data to graph" so I cannot see those graphs to get any useful information.

It also appears that I cannot adjust much on this machine. Can't adjust the mode or pressure.

Am I stuck waiting on the dr?

Autoset nit autostart

Hi Pawpri,
Welcome to Apnea Board!

I changed your title to reflect AutoSet not autostart.

A couple things... the SD card must be in your pap machine while you are sleeping, or you may just see summary data.

Also, check the drop down box, bottom right on the daily page and check to see that the graphs are selected.

As far as making adjustments... no, you're not stuck waiting for your doctor.
You can made adjustments from the Provider/Clinician menu.

Order you very own Clinicians Manual for your machine here:

To set up your charts for review, follow the links in my signature line.

Make sure you have loaded the data from your device into Oscar correctly. Check the connection between your device and your computer, and make sure that the files are loaded into the program correctly.

Your device's instructions may contain information on how to set modes or pressures. It is especially important to pay attention to the sections regarding automatic configuration and parameter adjustment.
