Hi all,
Is there anyone using this ring to check your sleeping issue before? Is the result reliable compared with the traditional sleeping test with lots of cables sticking to your body?

I'm using it, and I have an ok impression of it.
There are issues getting the data into other software. It exports through its app to .csv format with 1 sec resolution and values for time, HR, O2%, movement, and even their classification of sleep state ... so it should be feasable to interface into various software.
Does anyone know if there exist a way to import the .csv output into Oscar?

Because it is a CSV format, try looking at the Somnopose loader code in OSCAR, for the order of each field.
