Just Diagnosed - Advice Required on What to Purchase - Dazkd1969 - 03-27-2024
Hi,
After a year of sleepless nights and being told by my GP I don't have sleep apnea, I bit the bullet and took a private test only to find I have a AHI of 59.8!!
I'm now in the market to purchase a CPAP and all necessary accessories (mask, etc).
The device offered by the sleep clinic I visited is a Sefam S Box, at a cost (inc. consultation, and mask) of £1200.
Doing some reading it looks like this device is the standard NHS offering and has very mixed reviews.
Are there any devices/face masks (I'm a side sleeper) you can recommend on this forum?
Any help would be much appreciated.
