Wake up very early circa 4AM with bad headache, any help appreciated. - new2paphopeful - 03-30-2024

Hello all,

I would appreciate advice.

I woke up this morning at approx 4:15 with a really bad headache. I feel awful, very tired.

This - wake up early with headache - happens regularly - approx once per week.

It is affecting my life.

If people could look at my oscar from last night I would appreciate.

What happened at 3 AM, could that have caused headache?
Is there anything else in oscar that might be causing me a problem?
Where should i go for help with this problem? My sleep doctor tells me "everything is great with compliance, machine data etc".

Thanks to all for your help.

Please read the link in my signature on “Organising your OSCAR charts”.

I cannot see the flow limit graph, but expect it is contributing to the problem. Adding some EPR may help.

Min pressure 11
Max pressure 15
EPR 2
No ramp

That should help with the flow limitations that are causing pressure to rise, which may be waking you up after a certain point. Reducing the FL’s will help keep pressure lower and may give a better nights rest.

Depending on how things go you may be able to lower min pressure to 10, but lets see how it goes first.
