Greetings all! Was diagnosed with OSA (AHI was 90) back in December and only recently became aware of OSCAR. I've been reading what I can when I can but would greatly appreciate some insights into my data. Thanks in advance!

At 10-20 pressure with EPR 3, your AHI is still too high. The obstructive events seem clustered, and I suspect positional apnea. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php?title=Optimizing_therapy#Positional_Apnea Would need to look closer at the CA events to see what is going on. Try simple fixes to avoid tall firm or multiple pillows, avoid wedges or inclined sleeping and we might need higher minimum pressure if OA / UA continues. I'll continue to monitor where this goes.
