F & P SleepStyle - KittyKatIs - 04-06-2024
Hi all, Im a bit confused about this but here is my question.
I have a F&P Sleepstyle and the Date is incorrect and i can not find where to fix the correct date.
I need to have the print out with the correct date (this machine is reading 2020 instead of 2024) and the other issue i have is that the machine will not connect to the internet even thought it is saying its possible.
It cost me $25.00 to have my chip read and I cannot use the information as the date on the print out (even thought its march 2024) is saying its March 2020, so its 4 years wrong.
Can someone help me find where i can get the date changed to the correct year please. It important the electricity will not except the date with the incorrect year.

Not sure which SleepStyle you have, but this may help you. You probably need to be in the Clinicians menu to change the date/time. This may show you how:

Scroll down to Section Three and look for the correct SleepStyle name, as there are 3 or 4 listed.

Ok maybe im not making sense, i can get the graph printed out fine, ITS THE DATE I CAN NOT FIX, it is saying on top of the graph that its 2020 not 2024, so it update my information it is not being accepted because its printing out the information as if it were 4 yeas ago instead of this month. Im just wanting to fix the date, to reflect 2024 not 2020..
so can someone tell me how to fix the date to reflect this year 2024 not four years ago as if it were this year. its printing the top of the page and it is saying this report is for 20th of February 2020 until March 20th 2020 that i have had it on every night for 9 hours and how many episodes i have had and it is saying im on my proper pressure of 6, BUT IT IS PRINTING AT THE TOP OF THE REPORT 20TH FEB 2020 TO MARCH 20TH 2020 instead of 20th feb 2024 to march 20 2024, NOT 2024.........
I dont want to play with anything except the YEAR i need to fix the YEAR to reflect 2024 not what the machine is saying it is and it thinks its 2020??????
please im so sorry to keep at it but i cannot get anyone to tell me how to reset the year??? to this year 2024

Is it possible that even if/when you do edit the dates on the machine settings, it still may report incorrectly, as this is historical info. What I'm meaning is I'm not certain if it can edit its report data after the fact. I have no specific info saying either it will or will not change retroactive though.

Update: After searching, I have found that this question has been asked over 10-years ago. Unfortunately, no provision is provided for the date. Your unit maybe so old, that there isn't a date correction available.

hello again, i dont want the data sheet changed i want the MACHINE ITSELF to be on the correct YEAR I know this is frustrating for you but its worse for me because my data being incorrect is not helping with my ability to get my rebate. thanks
