Dripping Nose - Lesley19 - 04-09-2024 As soon as I put my pillows mask on my nose starts running so much I can feel it dripping. Any ideas? I much prefer the seal on the pillows mask so want to persevere. RE: Dripping Nose - G. Szabo - 04-09-2024 I guess it is caused by irritation. You have no other option but to switch to the nasal cushion type. RE: Dripping Nose - HalfAsleep - 04-09-2024 Irritation, unless maybe your humidifier is too high, so excess water is coming into your nostrils. Also, make sure water in the tank has to go uphill at some point between you and the unit. Water flows down hill. You don’t want it to go down hill into your nose. Moisture, yes. Droplets, no. Make sure the cushions are super clean, so there are no allergens on them. RE: Dripping Nose - Lesley19 - 04-10-2024 It’s definitely not humidifier related as I’m like Pavlov’s dog and it starts almost as soon as I switch on. It gets better after about an hour. It’s just annoying to have to take my mask off about 3 times to catch drops. The pillows and tube are still dry from humidity at that point. Thanks though |
