Red, thanks for the reply. I get the data that syncs from the ring to an app, that displays the information on sleep stages. Does this help? Sorry not the brightest when it comes to computer lingo.

No, that will not help. We would require a data file containing its recorded data.

You can export the data from the ringconn app .
The general data can be exported according to the path: Me>-Setting>-Data Management>-Data Export
The export data is in CSV format.
Any help getting this info into OSCAR would be great.
